TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP, THE APPLICANT MUST :

· Complete the membership package (listed above).

· Submit a copy of a birth certificate or current passport.

· Submit a copy of a valid State/Federal ID.

· Submit copies of any FAA Ratings.

· Submit a copy of current FAA medical.

· Pay one time initiation fee ($25 military/$50 civilian).
